Service Manager

CyberFab Diagnostics Service Manager Service Manager monitors the state and activity of the machine or the whole production cell including all technologies (plasma source, laser source, filter unit etc.) and evaluates the need of maintenance or service actions. In the case of planned maintenance, set parameters, such as active time or cutting length are tracked and a notification is sent when exceed a predefined value. Maintenance parameters are initially defined by the prescribed maintenance schedule and can be customized by the user. Predictive maintenance functionality utilizes operational data to predict issues before they have a chance to cause difficulties, issuing a warning if a monitored parameter gets outside of allowed range, such as motor overload, a spike in a medium consumption or ambient temperature dropping too low. Warnings and notifications are displayed on the machine’s control panel and on the Dashboard. They are also sent to relevant persons and roles as defined in the User Manager.

Manuals

CyberFab Control Manuals Manuals app contains a comprehensive collection of manuals relevant to the particular machine: not only for the machine itself but every technology and application as well. No need to search far and wide, all necessary information, and necessary information only, is available in one place when needed.

Machine Stats

CyberFab Control Machine Stats Machine Stats app provides comprehensive operation data for a particular machine from a given time period. Built-in filters bring forward more detailed reports: CNC detailed report shows selected events, such as rapid traverse movements, cutting, interruptions, error messages etc., that were active during the processing of a specific program Machine activity log contains a summary of the machine’s operation conditions, error messages etc. The information can also be filtered by user logged in at the particular times Technology usage report shows an overview of used technological operations with details of individual parameter groups that were used by the machine in a certain time period. For example, parameter groups for plasma can be straight and bevel cutting, marking and punching Technology or tool components report lists consumable materials used on a particular tool station, for example consumables for a particular plasma source used on a specific cutting head, either currently in use or history. There is also a statistical option that relates the consumables to other data, such as technological operations

User Manager

CyberFab Control User Manager User Manager serves as a gatehouse to CyberFab apps and modules. It allows to create custom roles with different levels of access. Each user is assigned a role according to their qualifications and responsibilities with the option of fine-tuning their permissions. This ensures everyone has everything they need to fulfill their tasks while limiting the possibility of issues caused by a person performing operations for which they are not qualified or authorized. User Manager is also used to designate recipients of various types of notifications from Service Manager to make sure everyone knows when and what action to take to keep potential down-time to a minimum.

Machine Manager

CyberFab Control Machine Manager Machine Manager app enables efficient machine production planning and management. It provides information about planned utilization and economic evaluation of individual cutting plans or groups of cutting plans based on predictions and, where available, actual collected data. Beyond a single machine: a server version of Machine Manager connects all eligible machines to the database of current cutting programs with their set priorities and parameters, assigning them to individual machines based on their capabilities and installed technologies. CNC programs that need to be executed on different machines are modified so that each machine receives only relevant instructions. Cutting programs are imported automatically through CyberFab Manager, from MicroStep’s CAM software Asper or mCAM, or entered and edited manually.

Workstation Manager

CyberFab Manager Workstation Manager Workstation Manager module provides tools to control the complete process of manufacturing parts and assemblies in a single integrated system. It manages next operations such as bending, deburring, sawing or others that are required within the same project: operators on workstations downstream of the cutting process receive task lists based on the current state of production that contain instruction sets for their specific operations and also information on parts flow tasks can be either displayed on a screen and performed by human operators, or directly interfaced to other smart equipment all completed operations are logged to ensure the production database is up-to-date at all times 1. Work position: Sorting. A projection of the cutting plan guides the operator through the sorting process 2. Work position: Bending. User interface for a press brake 3. Sorting of cut parts with a visual sorting guide. The parts are sorted on different pallets based on their assigned production sequence

Production

CyberFab Manager Production Production module represents all production tasks and their progress. It includes database of all orders and projects dedicated for the MicroStep based production system and a product library consisting of produced parts and assemblies. Each part has assigned processing instructions to it, such as: nesting instructions (lead-ins, lead-outs, order of cuts e.g. for multiple bevels, drilling parameters, …) sorting instructions workstation operations, their sequences and estimated processing times Production module contains the actual completion status of all active orders at any given time, and all information and documentation related to ongoing and completed projects.

Stock

CyberFab Manager Stock Stock module is dedicated for managing the database of stock supplies and materials reservations that are required in the manufacturing process. It provides an instant overview of available materials and material remnants as well as a history of materials used, including all production and economic data related to particular materials such as cutting programs, usage times, used cutting machines, related orders or waste calculations. The database is updated automatically after each confirmed operation. Following material types are available: plates Stock module can be synchronized with/managed by north-bound stock management systems via CyberFab Connect.

Reports

Reports Need something for the record? Export fully customizable reports tailored to your needs Whether it is machine utilization, a list of cutting programs related to some order, upcoming services or any other required information – CyberFab can generate reports with data from all areas of its ecosystem in pdf, docx or xlsx formats: reports from Machine Stats – operational data, consumption, activity history reports from Machine Manager – evaluation of cutting programs reports from CyberFab Manager – warehouse and production information reports from Service Manager – performed and planned services

CyberFab Manager

CyberFab Production CyberFab Manager The ultimate CAPP solution forautomating your production CyberFab® Manager provides production management for MicroStep based manufacturing systems. In combination with the CAM software Asper® or mCAM it allows to automatically nest complex cutting orders and projects on assigned stock material and distribute the cutting tasks to assigned cutting machines for processing. After completion, it automatically updates order progress and stock statuses. The suite also provides tools to control the complete process of manufacturing parts and assemblies in a single integrated system, by managing next operations such as bending, deburring, welding or others that are required within the same project. It helps to reduce the need for operator input, reduce work-in-progress and save material.
